The only problem this time with her triathalon is her tire got flat on her bike ride, so she had to go slow and it was harder. By the time she got to the run she had such a bad side ache she had to walk most of the way. She was sad about it, but I cheered her up by telling her it was great she just kept going.

Way to go on the races! You are looking so good Jill. It was so fun to see you last week, next time I am in town we will have to hang out for sure and catch up. I can't believe Maddux is one, what a cutie.
