Oh the Joys...

... of a chocolate chip cookie. Here is a girl after my own heart. Who doesn't love a chocolate chip cookie?! Personally, they are my very favorite junk food ever. Like mother like daughter I guess. Shay kept picking out the chocolate chips of the cookie before she would take a bite of the actual cookie. It was more fun watching her eating it and getting it all over than it would have been to eat it myself.

For those who don't know...

Very exciting things are coming our way. First Steve was put in the Elder's Quorum presidency today as 2nd counselor. Second we are having baby number four. Maybe it will be a boy to add some testosterone to our family, but who could ever turn away another beautiful bingham baby girl. The due date in the right column is not official yet, but we will find out when we have our ultra sound next month. We are deciding whether or not to find out what we are having. What do you think????

Note to self...

• If I leave my kitchen table dirty long enough my six year daughter will want to have a clean place to color so she will wipe off the table herself. She even did an awesome job.
• Regular sour cream tastes soooooo much better than light sour cream. What have I been thinking for the last several years buying the light stuff.
• It doesn't matter which pres. candidate wins we are in BIG trouble as a country. Thank goodness for prophets who have told us to get food storage, plant a garden, and get out of debt.
• Marinating chicken in Texas mesquite BBQ sauce for two days makes them taste mmm, mmm good and tender.
• When pinning a quilt together don't lean your arm on the pins. It really hurts when it pokes a nerve.
• If someone you know is super creative, soak up all the creative juices you can from them.
