We decided to take the girls hiking for the first time. Each girl just had to load up with their own back pack filled with treats and water. The hike was down hill to start so we worried we would have some tired girls when it came to get back to the car. Boy, were we wrong!! Emma was the leader and took off up the hill so quick we had to call to her several times to slow down. Kiana got tired and wanted to be carried, but we started singing "Wheels on the Bus" and "Popcorn Popping" and before she knew we had reached the top. They have been begging ever since to go on another hike.

Our First Hike

What a fun idea! We love hiking, but moms always get stuck with all the work! I love the idea of having them pack their own things. I'm glad they had so much fun...we need to visit!!
